To sing well it is essential to understand and use the proper mechanics for vocal production. This is done through thoughtful selection of songs from the available repertoire. There is always an emphasis on diction and style. If you are college bound then songs from the Italian, Latin and German oeuvre will be introduced. For those interested in contemporary styles, music that you like to sing that will help you progress in the singing art will be incorporated into your lessons.

The Guitar was recorded first and then the two vocal tracks.

Recording software: Cakewalk's Sonar 1. The studio is up to date with Sonar X3. For Mastering I used Sony's Sound Forge 9. There is a minimal amount of processing. Some convolution type reverb and master compression.

Video was rendered using Sony's Vegas 8 and Adobe Photoshop. The studio is current with Vegas 13.

The arrangement was composed using Finale 2011. The studio is current with Finale 2014.

There are many different companies that make software that do what I have cited above. The conceptual skills are transferable from one platform to another.
